Random Q about some monsters' noises

Howdy all,
In ep 15 (Card Wars), there's a recurring sound made by 2 of the summoned monsters. When Tea uses Shining Friendship, and when Pegasus uses Blue Eyes Toon Dragon, they both appear with the same "battle cry". It's really familiar, but I can't place it. Anyone know what it's from?
